Morning 

Welcome Video previewing the day's activities.

Cartoons for the kids/Video game tournament for the older kids/virtual reality

Afternoon (during or after lunch)

Karaoke contest

A concert by a local cover band. Live shots of the concert and a mobile camera capturing the audience and putting the images on the big LED screen.

Company Spotlight .  After the concert, the company can use some time to thank everyone, cast vision, present awards and whatever else they deem important to communicate. (Remember that our screen includes a sound system, no need to rent additional P/A systems) Again, live camera shots will be on the screen. This is the time to show any company videos or slideshows recapping the year. 

We can also do a Zoom call with an important person you want the employees to hear. Additional team-building activities can be carried out at this time.

Evening

Double Feature Movie Night (Don’t forget the popcorn!)

(Since our screen can be used 24/7, the movie time can begin whenever you wish!)

The first movie can be something geared to the younger audience.

The second movie could be geared more to the adults.
